Embodiment of Play

EMBODIMENT OF PLAY

THE EMBODIMENT OF PLAY

We adults might think we’re playful, but boy do our brains get in the way. Embodying play leads to confidently experiencing our authentic selves without time for judgment or censorship. It’s exactly what we did as children- without any of the adult brain involvement.

This fun, four-week adventure invites you to reconnect through a series of improvisational games. We’ll examine what keeps you engaged with ourselves, others and this moment.

*The skills presented each week are designed to build off of the previous week’s exercises. Being available for all four sessions is recommended.
