With Age comes responsibility after responsibility. We yearn for the sweetness of play we once had as a child. Allowing space for ourselves to reconnect to that sweetness reduces stress, enhances presence in our daily lives and removes the unwarranted fear of isolation.
We adults might think we’re playful, but boy do our brains get in the way. Embodying play leads to confidently experiencing our authentic selves without time for judgment or censorship. It’s exactly what we did as children- without any of the adult brain involvement.
This adventure invites you to reconnect through a series of improvisational games. We’ll examine what keeps you engaged with self, with others and with this moment.
